Responsibilities of a Customer Care Coordinator:
The Coordinators are responsible for aiding the Service Teams with customers via phone call, internet lead submissions, and in person opportunities.
Assist in attending to all inquiries and customers in a timely fashion
Set appointments for in person visits, call backs, video communication, etc.
Gather as much information as possible and build immediate rapport
Execute strengthened hand-offs of live opportunities to ensure our best chances at converting
Qualifications of a Customer Care Coordinator:
Positive, welcoming attitude
Always a big smile
Dependable and trustworthy
Polished presentation
Must have excellent customer relations skills.
Curious by nature, ability to ask a lot of questions
Ability to work well with others

Salary : $820 - $1,000
