What You’ll Do
As an Athlete Sports Performance Coordinator, you will:
- Coach 20–28 hours/week on the training floor with athletes (grades 3rd–12th).
- Dedicate 12–16 hours/week to program leadership, professional development, and growth.
- Conduct assessments, lead parent consultations, and follow a simple, proven sales process to drive membership.
- Track KPIs, report program performance, and collaborate with leadership to raise program quality.
- Execute local marketing plays and manage athlete CRM tasks.
- Deliver a high-energy, professional, and empathetic experience for every athlete and family.
What We’re Looking For
- Certifications: At least one nationally accredited training certification CPR/First Aid.
- Experience: 2 years coaching in sports performance or personal training (private sector and small group preferred).
- Sales Skills: 1 year in service/membership sales; confident leading parent consultations and follow-up.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science strongly preferred.
- Traits: High character, reliable, organized, tech-proficient, growth mindset, and mission-driven.
- Availability: Afternoons/evenings for athlete sessions, rotating Saturday mornings, and 1–2 weekday mornings.
