Do you enjoy building relationships, helping businesses grow, and creating opportunities through communication and follow-up?
Hustle Strength & Performance is looking for a motivated Sales & Community Growth Coordinator to help grow one of the top fitness and athlete performance companies in DuPage County.
This is NOT a coaching role.
Your primary responsibility is helping generate leads, book consultations, follow up with prospects, build community relationships, and help drive business growth at our Addison location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Respond to leads via text, phone, and email
- Book intro sessions and consultations
- Follow up with missed leads and no-shows
- Reactivate former members and inquiries
- Help improve conversion and show rates
Community & Relationship Building
- Build relationships with local businesses and sports organizations
- Help execute referral campaigns and community events
- Create a world-class first impression for prospects and members
Marketing Support
- Assist with promotions, events, and challenges
- Help gather testimonials and reviews
- Support social media and member engagement efforts
