Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers and team members across various departments to facilitate communication, track project progress, and manage schedules.

Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of project activities and tasks.
• Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to project managers.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and records to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
• Monitor resource allocation and assist in managing project budgets and timelines.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a collaborative work environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
