Key Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
• Managing office correspondence and maintaining organized files
• Entering and updating data in various databases and systems
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff
• Ordering and coordinating office supplies and equipment as needed
• Preparing reports and documents for management review
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Proven experience as an office clerk or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
