As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment such as cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure all materials are available and prepared for shoots.
• Help manage schedules and timelines for production activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide general on-set support, including assisting crew members and talent as needed throughout the production process.
• Maintain organized records of production expenses, equipment inventory, and schedules.
• Assist with location scouting and securing necessary permits for filming.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A passion for film and media production, with a desire to learn and develop skills in the industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by production needs.
