About The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Advertising Sales Intern to support our commercial partnerships team. This role is ideal for someone interested in media, publishing, luxury brands, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and digital advertising.
The intern will identify prospective advertisers, researching brands, preparing sales materials, managing outreach, and supporting partnership campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media sales, brand partnerships, and advertising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research prospective advertisers across luxury, fashion, beauty, travel, automotive, technology, finance, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
- Build and maintain databases of brands, marketing leaders, media buyers, and advertising agencies.
- Identify key decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, and Media Planners.
- Assist in creating customized advertising proposals, media kits, and sales presentations.
- Support outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Track outreach performance, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Monitor advertising trends, competitor partnerships, and industry developments.
- Coordinate internally with editorial, creative, production, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Help prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign summaries.
- Assist during brand events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and weekly activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in media sales and brand partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and building relationships.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is an advantage.
