Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Coordinator to join a local company in Marietta, OH. In this vital role, you will record accurate data, support production, quality, engineering, and the front office making sure the system reflects operation on the production floor. This role bridges operations and IT turning the needs of each department into reliable system practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and technical standards.
- Administer M2M user accounts, security roles, and permissions. Serving as first-line support for M2M users.
- Monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues related to ERP modules and integrated systems
- Maintain item masters, bill of materials, routings, work centers, and customer/vendor records.
- Audit data regularly and enforce data standards across departments.
- Support system backup, work order setup, scheduling, and shop floor data collection.
- Assist with purchasing orders, receiving, and sales order workflows in M2M.
- Develop dashboards and KPI's
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working with ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent on the job system experience
- Educational background in computer science or related fields; certifications in IT infrastructure or systems engineering are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and manufacturing processes such as BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, inventory control and job costing.
- Hands-on expertise with Made2Manage (M2M) and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting, performance tuning, system troubleshooting tools, and automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel skills, database, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
