What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Inspector/Service Tech - Madison, WI position at Hustad Companies, Inc.?
We are looking for a Roofing Inspector/Service Tech to perform roof inspections and service work on multifamily and commercial properties. Must have 5 years commercial roofing experience. Be able to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies and make repairs as needed. Posses the ability to set up and climb ladders. Ability to operate manlifts is a plus. A background in maintenance, general repair and construction is also preferred. Must posses a valid Driver's License. Familiarity with a smartphone is essential in order to operate our roofing software. This position requires an individual who is personable, speaks English fluently and can work independently at times. The salary is between $20-30/hr depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available.
