Brow Artist

Join our team as a Brow Artist, where your expertise in everything brows will help clients achieve their dream brows and elevate their confidence! In this role, you'll combine artistry with exceptional customer service to craft customized brow shapes, tinting, waxing, and threading services. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive no judgment environment dedicated to brow expertise and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional brow shaping techniques including waxing, and threading to create customized brows that enhance each client’s natural features.
• Conduct brow tinting services to add depth and definition, ensuring precise application for a flawless finish
• Maintain impeccable sanitation procedures and adhere to all health and safety standards during every service
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable treatments or products
• Utilize salon software systems like “Square“ for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in brow artistry, waxing services and tinting/lamintion services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Ability to uphold sanitation procedures rigorously while delivering high-quality beauty services
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new trends in brow artistry and aesthetic treatments
