Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned Production Floor lines, cells, or sheet metal machines.
- Implement Lean processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage production schedule.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain ownership of various manufacturing data.
- Manage materials presentation, production, quality, and safety.
- BS in an engineering discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years of applicable experience required.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
