Sales and Personal Concierge Associate (Luxury Goods and Experiences)

Title: Luxury Sales & Personal Concierge Associate at Hushh

The ideal candidate will be data-driven and analytical in their approach.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and luxury brands, providing them with superior and personalized experiences.

• Utilize Hushh's AI-driven platform to extract valuable insights from user data, creating unique and tailored offerings for our clients.

• Actively prospect and acquire new high-profile clientele, using data and analytics to inform strategies and decisions.

• Collaborate closely with our Product, Data, and Marketing teams, bringing valuable frontline insights to shape the future of our platform.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the luxury market and its current trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in luxury sales or client relations, with a preference for those who've worked with top luxury brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, Rolex, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, or in luxury hospitality brands like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis.

• Proven track record in managing high-value clientele and delivering personalized customer experiences.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort in making data-driven decisions.

• High proficiency in digital platforms, comfortable working with new technologies, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.

• Prior experience working in a startup or dynamic business environment is a plus.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages like French, Italian, or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
