Picture your day starting with a build sheet in hand. You pick up pre-staged parts, verify every component, and bring to life professional-grade cutting and sawing equipment—concrete, tile, masonry, metal, and hole saw systems—along with related production-built tools. From subassemblies to final fit and finish, you transform components into field-ready machines.

Day-to-Day Impact
  • Review assigned work orders and collect parts from your Lead or Supervisor; confirm accuracy and condition of every piece.
  • Pre-build subassemblies for saws and trowels: engines and motors, switchboxes and wiring, engine components, water pumps, blade shafts and guards, axles (front and rear), transmissions, and cutting heads.
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools to put it all together—sanding, oiling, measuring, bolting, wiring, aligning, tightening, and torqueing—guided by blueprints and documented instructions.
  • Complete finishing work: touch-ups, serial number decals, and occasional painting to deliver a professional finish.
Quality, Safety, and Pride
  • Test-run each completed saw to ensure smooth, reliable operation.
  • Follow a checklist to document inspections and alert your Supervisor for final sign-off.
  • Crate or box machines for shipment, include the correct manuals, literature, and tools, and stage for pickup.
  • Keep tools and your workstation clean; report repair needs promptly.
  • Champion quality by confirming proper fit, function, and finish—and propose improvements to procedures or specs.
  • Follow safe work practices at all times and raise safety or ergonomic concerns right away.

  • 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience; automotive or shop background is a plus.
  • Comfort following verbal and written instructions and reading blueprints.
