Step Into a Day on Our Floor
Your shift begins with a quick equipment check and a tablet login. The pick queue populates, and you’re off—navigating aisles with a stand-up reach truck or rising on an order picker to select and consolidate small parts with precision. Every scan updates inventory in real time. Every pallet you build keeps orders moving.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and consolidate small parts using a stand-up reach truck and/or an order picker
- Use a tablet and scanning system throughout the day to confirm picks and maintain accuracy
- Operate equipment safely, including periodic work at heights (up to ~20 feet) on an order picker/cherry picker
- Handle frequent lifting and push/pull up to 50 lbs and occasional lifts up to 75 lbs
- Stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse, standing and walking full shifts on concrete floors
Skills & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of tablet and scanning systems/equipment
- Forklift certification (stand-up reach truck and order picker)
Education & Experience
- Stand-up forklift and order picker experience preferred
- Comfort with sustained physical activity: lifting, pushing/pulling, standing, and walking
