What You'll Do
As a Caregiver Specialist, you will:
- Fill scheduling gaps caused by caregiver vacations, illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected openings.
- Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and helping them transition smoothly into services.
- Review and follow client care plans before each shift.
- Complete accurate care documentation and weekly reports.
- Assist with administrative and care-management support when needed.
- Remain available and ready for deployment during scheduled work hours.
- Serve as a dependable resource for our clients, families, and care team.

Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA, HCA, or NAR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful caregiving experience with a variety of seniors.
- Heavy-care experience and confidence working with higher-acuity clients.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to client homes and transport clients to appointments when needed.
- Ability to pass criminal background, credential, and reference checks.
- Strong professional references from supervisors covering the last three years.
- High personal integrity and reliability.
