HOURS: Must have rotating availability Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (~6:30AM- 1:30PM) at 107 Englar Rd, Westminster MD / Saturdays on-site at local events in Carroll or Frederick county (paid travel time to events)
PAY: $15 / hour tips (split)
Overview
Husky Hut Coffee Company is looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable team members to join our crew! We are a fast-paced, outdoor coffee experience serving high-quality drinks from our mobile coffee truck.
This is not your typical coffee shop role — our team will be bringing the energy outside by interacting directly with customers in their cars, for a curbside 'to-go' business model. If you love coffee, being outdoors, and creating positive, memorable customer experiences, this could be a perfect fit.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, and thrives in a high-energy environment. Bonus points if you’re someone who naturally connects with people and enjoys being part of a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and take orders outside at their vehicles
- Use a point-of-sale machine to enter orders and handle cash/card transactions
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages
- Deliver drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace inside the bus and surrounding area
- Handle busy rushes with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Follow all food safety, sanitation and cleaning systems
