What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Setup Operator - 2nd shift position at Husky Corporation?
Husky Corporation, a leader in the fuel- dispensing industry, currently has a job opening for a Machine Setup Technician at hour facility in Pacific, MO. Second shift (Mon - Thurs: 3:30 p.m. - 2 a.m.) position in an air-conditioned environment (training on first shift).
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC equipment
- Setup and operate Mazatrol
- Setup and operate manual machines
- Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging
- Check parts to part prints using computer generated test criteria
- Troubleshooting all machines when needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- must pass machinability test
- Prior experience in operation and set up of CNC machines
- Experience on both turning and horizontal machining a plus
- Knowledge of tooling and able to assist in tool related problem solving
- Knowledge of gauges and CNC operation
- Ability to follow directions including detailed procedures or work instructions
