Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing knowledgeable guidance as a Budtender
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the dispensary
- Prepare and load cannabis products for delivery, ensuring proper handling and security
- Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Deliver cannabis products to customers’ locations in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and delivery vehicle
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- Commercial driving skills with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Delivery driver experience, especially route driving in urban or suburban areas
- Strong organizational skills for route planning and time management
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and handling of cannabis products
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion
