Position Overview
HUSH | The Scalp Sanctuary is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our founding team for an entirely new wellness concept opening in February 2026. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the ground floor of a thoughtfully designed sanctuary focused on nervous system regulation, scalp-centered therapies, and deeply restorative experiences.
Our work blends cranial sacral techniques, scalp massage, upper-body relaxation, and ASMR-inspired sensory elements. We are looking for a therapist who values presence, subtlety, and intentional touch — and who is excited to grow alongside a brand that is redefining relaxation.
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut Massage Therapy License
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on massage experience
- Strong understanding of client comfort, professionalism, and therapeutic presence
- Interest in or openness to learning craniosacral massage techniques
- Comfortable working in quiet, slow-paced, sensory-focused sessions
- Willingness to participate in filmed sessions when needed for social media and educational content (behind-the-scenes, aesthetic-focused; no faces without consent)
