What You'll Build
- Complete hands-on work across assigned projects, including heavy concrete repair, rough carpentry, masonry, caulking, and waterproofing
- Follow direction from leads and supervisors, check materials before starting, and approach work with a measure-twice, cut-once mentality
- Position, join, align, and seal structural components, including concrete wall sections and pipes
- Perform demolition work, remove materials, and dispose of debris safely and efficiently
- Set up forms and molds, mix and place concrete, and use hand tools to complete assigned repair and construction tasks
- Operate power tools and machinery, including concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps, as required for the work
- Complete work accurately and with attention to detail, including keeping work plumb, level, square, and properly finished and tooled
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks, ask for help when needed, meet daily production goals, and use time and materials efficiently
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area; report safety concerns; wear required safety gear; and follow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, company, and site-specific safety requirements
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete construction or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
