Litigation Associate - Insurance Defense

Hurwitz Fine P.C., one of the 10 largest and fastest growing law firms in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our general litigation team in our Woburn, Massachusetts office.

We have opportunities for motivated individuals or smaller groups with a background in commercial litigation or insurance defense that would like to explore joining us in New England. Competitive candidates would have:

• At least 5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated legal research and analytical skills
• Experience with all phases of pretrial and discovery work
• Licensure in either Massachusetts or Connecticut is required
• Additional licensure (or a willingness and eligibility to waive in) a plus, especially in New England, New Jersey, and New York
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
