In this position, you will support our convention presence, social media content, and live-stream scheduling while collaborating closely with the sales and curriculum departments and our faculty. Key Responsibilities
Convention & Event Support
- Register for conventions and coordinate shipments
- Organize and prepare marketing materials and giveaways
- Track event details and maintain inventory of supplies
Social Media & Live Content
- Film, edit, and post content (through Sprout) across the social platforms
- Engage with followers and monitor comments/messages
- Coordinate Tik Tok Live sessions with Faculty
Design & Creative
- Ensure materials align with brand standards
- Design marketing materials (both print and digital) using Canva for events, social, and sales
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role
- Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Tik Tok, Meta Ads Manager, and video editing apps (CapCut, PremierePro, etc. )
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with close attention to detail
- Bonus: Comfortable being on camera or coaching others to be

- Base Salary - $55,000
