Hurst General – Ace Hardware is accepting applications for the store manager position at our Cedar City location. Hurst General-Ace Hardware is a Utah based family owned and operated retailer operating Ace Hardware and general merchandise stores in St George, Cedar City, Heber City and Salt Lake City Utah. Responsibilities
The store manager is responsible for the day-to-day store operations, asset protection, sales growth, profitability, expense control, merchandising, customer experience and store culture. The role places strong emphasis on Customer First service. Coaching employees and responding to the needs of our customers and local communities through expanded and locally curated merchandising.
Retail management/supervisory experience, leadership and communication skills, analytical ability, organizational and technical skills. Product knowledge relating to the home improvement industry. A commitment to customer service and merchandising excellence.
