Hurricane Outdoor is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and fast-learning Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in real estate, retail, and e-commerce operations. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly through scheduling, communication support, basic project coordination, and administrative tasks. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for executive leadership.
- Assist in preparing simple reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and notes.
- Help coordinate communications with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Support basic research tasks related to properties, suppliers, retail initiatives, and e-commerce projects.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events, store openings, and site visits.
Office & Operational Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, including contracts, invoices, and project documents.
- Process expense reports, vendor invoices, and assist with basic budget tracking.
- Help plan and coordinate company meetings, small events, and team activities.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items from leadership.
- Assist in updating spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational documents.
Communication & Team Collaboration
- Serve as a courteous and reliable point of contact for internal staff and external partners.
- Draft simple emails, memos, and internal updates.
- Build relationships across departments, including retail, e-commerce, operations, and real estate.
- Represent Hurricane Outdoor with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required
- 1-5years of administrative, office support, retail, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, real estate, or related field.
- Experience in retail, property management, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Trello, Shopify, or CRM systems.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,017.89 per week
