- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, expense tracking, and utilizing QuickBooks for financial management.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Oversee front desk operations, including phone systems, phone etiquette, and visitor management to create a professional first impression.
- Support human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and assisting with employee relations.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained; troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
