What You’ll Do
Equipment Recovery (Primary Role, must be able to work weekends as needed)
- Track down and recover abandoned or stranded trucks and trailers across multiple states.
- Travel using company truck, rental car, or commercial air depending on the situation.
- Use your mechanical aptitude and personal hand tools to troubleshoot issues and get equipment moving when possible.
- Secure, assess, and return equipment safely to terminals or customer locations.
- Stay in close communication with dispatch and follow established recovery procedures.
Local & Regional Driving
- Run inbound and outbound freight within a 250‑mile radius of West Siloam Springs.
- Handle local pickup and delivery with professionalism and accuracy.
- Spot, position, and relocate trailers — including preloaded equipment — at customer sites.
- Manage multiple stops, driver‑assist freight, and occasional regional hauls.
- Deliver to a wide range of facilities, including Federal and State Prisons, while following all safety protocols (precludes having an animal.)
- Support operations with additional tasks as assigned — no two weeks look the same.
