HURRICANE DELIVERY LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse and logistics team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise deliveries. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and gather products according to order sheets or electronic systems.
- Verify items for accuracy, quantity, and quality before shipment.
- Prepare, package, and label orders for delivery or pickup.
- Safely load and unload products onto delivery trucks or pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order selection experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack up to 50 lbs safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
