Job Description
- 8 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- 4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
- Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights while managing a team
- 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Willingness to travel as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
- Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
- May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
- Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
- Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
- Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
- Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
- Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
- Willingness to attend and present at orals
