As a Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate You Will
- Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
- Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
- Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
- 3 years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems
- Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
- Experience participating in system build, testing, and implementation cycles
- Project management experience with Epic implementations
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
- Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
- PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background
- Additional Epic certifications such as: ASAP, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Inpatient
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
