Key Responsibilities

• Site Monitoring & Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols and maintain a visible, professional deterrence on designated client properties.
• Digital Logging: Utilize our custom mobile application for active GPS verification, clocking in/out, shift logging, and incident reporting.
• Access Control & Safety: Verify badges, assist visitors, and report any unauthorized personnel or suspicious activity immediately.
• Uniform Standards: Maintain a clean, professional appearance in full company-issued uniform at all times while on duty.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Arrive at assigned sites at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled start times to prepare for shift handoff.
• Parking Lot Patrols: Perform regular vehicle or foot sweeps of client parking areas to ensure vehicle security and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all Huron Security policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Participate in mandatory periodic retraining sessions to maintain proficiency in security protocols, emergency response, and surveillance technology.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Driver's License or state-issued ID.
• At least 2 years of security related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable smartphone capable of running mobile applications with active GPS capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident reporting.
• Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional, calm demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure or during emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to use standard monitoring equipment, including radios and CCTV systems.
• Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations.
