Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Promote bank products and services based on customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with branch operations and support team goals
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
