Quality Systems CAPA Specialist
As a Quality Systems CAPA Specialist, you would assist the Quality Systems Manager with maintaining and improving our organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented successfully. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a multi-faceted skill set to thrive.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to see the big picture and how one process affects another
- Good computer skills, especially word processing and Google applications
- Proficiency with problem solving models (8D, PDCA, Design Thinking, etc.) as well as root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc.
