Hurliman Heating & Air Conditioning (based in Spokane, WA) is looking for an outgoing, people-loving Lead Generation Specialist to work inside The Home Depot in Moscow, ID, and at other events and locations engaging customers and setting appointments for HVAC sales and tune-ups. If you’ve got energy, people skills, and love helping homeowners, this is the perfect fit.

Compensation:

• Hands on training to make sure you are successful
• $20/hour or $25/lead set plus bonus per sale
• Uncapped commission potential (if you’re great at communicating with people, the sky’s the limit)
• Performance-based growth opportunities into other full-time Sales roles with much higher earning potential

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Flexible scheduling available
• Potential for full-time advancement for top performers

What You’ll Do:

• Work inside a Home Depot store in Moscow as well as at other local events
• Approach customers and engage them in friendly conversation
• Identify HVAC needs and set appointments for our Comfort Advisors or Service Techs
• Record lead details accurately and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, energetic personality — not afraid to spark a conversation
• Background in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus
• Clear communication skills and a confident presence
• Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently
