Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Keyholder to join our team at the Myrtle Beach, SC location. As a Keyholder, you will assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing responsibilities, supporting team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This on-site role requires maintaining a clean and organized store environment, handling transactions, and promoting Hurley products. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and fostering a culture of positivity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, ensuring exceptional support and interaction with all customers.
- Proven abilities in Retail Sales and Communication to engage customers and meet sales goals effectively.
- Solid understanding of Product Knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Prior retail experience and familiarity with surf, skate, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
