Key Responsibilities
- Inspire New Caregivers: Develop and implement training programs for staff members in compliance with NYS DOH regulations.
- Lead & Onboard: Support our facility orientation classes and craft creative, ongoing educational in-services to keep everyone knowledgeable and skilled.
- Coach & Support: Partner with leadership to create engaging instructional materials and offer regular feedback, coaching, and encouragement to help our staff thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active, unblemished NYS RN License.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (with at least 1 year in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting).
- Knowledge of NYS DOH regulations surrounding nursing education.
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
