Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding).
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Assist nurses with basic medical procedures, equipment maintenance, and sterile processing.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic health records (Cerner/eClinicalWorks) or specialized care is a plus.
