Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, and practical application of state and federal law.
• Strong skills in legal writing, including drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and formal correspondence.
• Effective client communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly and maintain professional relationships.
• Solid organizational and case management skills, including time management, deadline tracking, and attention to detail.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Michigan (or eligibility for admission within a defined timeframe).
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and adherence to professional rules of conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment.
