We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants to secure agreements that meet both tenant and property owner needs.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and related documentation using property management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Foster strong customer relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
