Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacant units and maintaining an active pipeline of prospective residents
- Show vacant units, respond to inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about lease terms
- Handle resident screening processes including background checks, credit reports, income verification and rental history checks in a timely and persistent manner
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Excellent understanding of leasing and marketing
- Tax credit or affordable housing experience required
- Understanding of LIHTC compliance standards
