Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative $50K-$60K

Hupp Family Agencies is looking for an experienced Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative who is ready for a better opportunity, a strong team, and a place where experience is actually valued.

We are a growing, family-owned insurance agency with nearly 13 years of agency ownership experience. We are not looking for someone to simply answer phones and process paperwork. We want an experienced insurance professional who can take ownership of customer relationships, solve problems, retain business, and become an important part of our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Aurora, Illinois.

If you already understand personal lines insurance, enjoy helping customers, can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish, and want to work somewhere that values strong performance, we want to talk to you.

You will work with an established book of business and a team that takes customer service seriously. Our service team handles policy changes, billing questions, renewals, retention, coverage questions, documentation, follow-up, and the everyday situations that determine whether a customer stays with an agency for years or leaves after one frustrating phone call.

We want someone who can step in, learn our systems, and become someone both our customers and our team can rely on.

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on insurance experience, licensing, bilingual ability, and overall qualifications. Bonus opportunities may also be available.

Previous Allstate experience is a major plus, but strong personal-lines insurance experience with another carrier or agency will absolutely be considered.

-Provide outstanding service to English- and Spanish-speaking customers

-Handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, ID cards, proof of insurance, mortgagee updates, lienholder changes, and other account -service needs

-Explain coverage, billing, policy changes, and next steps clearly and confidently

-Identify customers who may be at risk of cancelling and work to retain the business

-Review accounts for missing coverage, documentation issues, renewal concerns, and service opportunities

-Take ownership of customer requests from beginning to resolution

-Accurately document customer conversations and completed work

-Follow up with customers when additional information or action is needed

-Work closely with the sales team to make sure customer needs are handled correctly

-Manage a high volume of calls, emails, texts, and service requests without losing attention to detail

-Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the agency professionally

-Follow carrier guidelines, agency procedures, and compliance requirements

-Fluent in both English and Spanish

-Previous insurance customer service experience

-Strong understanding of personal lines insurance

-Experience with auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella policies

-Comfortable handling billing questions, endorsements, renewals, documentation, coverage questions, and customer concerns

-Active Illinois Property & Casualty license strongly preferred

-3 years of insurance experience preferred

-Previous Allstate agency experience strongly preferred

-Strong phone presence and customer communication skills

-Excellent organization and follow-through

-Comfortable handling multiple customer requests throughout the day

-Strong computer skills and ability to learn agency systems quickly

-Dependable, accountable, coachable, and team-oriented
