What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor position at Hunza Valley Ventures?
Looking to hire a part-time New Jersey-licensed RN ASAP for the position of RN Supervisor for HCSF state compliance at a small non-medical home care agency in Montclair, NJ.
The agency is newly established; therefore, the workload will be minimal initially, as there are currently no active clients. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- RN willing to be listed as the Supervising Nurse for HCSF registration.
- Primarily a remote position, with availability by phone during service hours.
- Completion of initial client assessments in accordance with New Jersey HCSF regulations once services begin.
- Conduct CHHA supervisory visits approximately every 60 days, as required.
- Provide basic documentation and compliance oversight.
This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours. Compensation is:
* Monthly retainer: $400 per month
* Supervisory visits: $75–$90 per visit
* Initial assessments: $100–$125 per assessment
