As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Cabinet Sales and Design Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Cabinet Sales and Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their cabinetry needs. Your expertise in both sales and design will ensure that our customers receive personalized solutions that enhance their living spaces.

Responsibilities:

· Sales Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on cabinetry options, materials, and finishes.

· Design Expertise: Utilize your creative flair to design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen, bathroom, and all other room layouts. Collaborate with clients to create customized cabinetry solutions.

· Project Management: Oversee the entire process, from initial consultation to installation. Coordinate with our installation team and ensure timely delivery.

· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, builders, and contractors. Maintain excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and innovative designs. Be the ambassador for our brand.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years in kitchen cabinet sales and design.

· Skills:

o Proficiency in 3D design software. (e.g. 2020, AutoCAD, Sketchup)

o Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o Attention to detail and ability to visualize spatial layouts.

o Passion for interior design and cabinetry.

· Education: Interior Design, architectural, and related field education a plus.

· Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Compensation:

$20.19-26.44 per hour Plus Commission of .05-10%
