What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
- Schedule appointments and manage the provider's schedule efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions.
- Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and team members.
- Help create a positive, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.
