Role Description The Church Secretary / Receptionist is a part-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL, responsible for managing daily office operations and serving as a primary point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and directing individuals to appropriate staff or ministries.
