Qualifications
- Strong Medical Assisting skills, including supporting examinations and routine clinical tasks.
- Proficiency with Medical Terminology to accurately communicate and document clinical information.
- Experience in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, phone etiquette, and front-desk coordination.
- Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for visits, and providing clear instructions.
- Ability to manage and update Medical Records accurately and in compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certification or diploma as a Medical Assistant; CMA or RMA credentials preferred.
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety protocols.
