Job Description:
Assist with essential front office responsibilities and perform a variety of administrative functions to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service standards are met. Often, guest services personnel provide the initial interaction with patrons and the goal is to deliver friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable interface. This position reports directly to the Front Office and Guest Services Managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet and welcome all patrons and guests in a positive manner as soon as they enter the facility
· Serve as the first point of contact for the ISC
· Provide basic and accurate information to patrons via in-person, phone or email
· Monitor patron sign-in/out logbooks
· Assist patrons with various monetary transactions
· Operate POS system and cash drawer
· Answer & direct incoming phone calls
· Relay relevant questions/feedback from patrons to Front Office Manager
· Maintain locker rooms and lobby areas
· Schedule and coordinate birthday parties
· Assist Front Office Manager with similar tasks
Position requirements and Essential Skills
· Availability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
· Possess a friendly, customer service-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to navigate and learn point of sale system
