Mechanic 3 - Highlands Plant Ops - FT - 1st Shift

Overview

Assists Maintenance and/or Construction Manager in the coordination of and performance of all general repair and preventive maintenance. Responsible for assigned personnel and their workflow. Supervises all aspects of construction, HVAC system, renovation and maintenance of facilities. Maintains adequate supply of materials. Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities.

Responsibilities

Performs routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, pumps, exhaust fans, thermostats, and ventilation systems.

Qualifications

Three years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in maintenance required.
