What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mascot Coordinator (2022-23 Season) position at Huntsville Havoc?
Overview:
The Huntsville Havoc, a member of the Southern Professional Hockey League, is looking to add to its game day staff for the 2022-2023 season. The Mascot Coordinator will be Chaos and Rukus' eyes, ears, and voice at all Havoc events. This position reports to the Fan Services Coordinator and is a part-time, seasonal position.

The Mascot Coordinator will be Chaos and Rukus' eyes, ears, and voice at all Havoc events. This position reports to the Fan Services Coordinator and is a part-time, seasonal position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Chaos & Rukus at all Havoc homes games
- Communicate with Havoc staff for scheduled mascot appearances including in-game appearances
- Assist in creating routines/skits for promotional nights
- Ability to interact with fans in a professional manner while maintaining the mascots safety
- Other Game Day Duties As Assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous game day operations/ customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Must provide own transportation to and from the Von Braun Center
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
General Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and maintain up to 25lbs
- Ability to stand up for up to 5 hours during a game.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older and have your own transportation
