Role Description The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and network equipment. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring network security and data integrity. The specialist will assist team members with technical support requests, manage user accounts and access permissions, and coordinate with vendors for equipment and software needs. The role also involves documenting IT processes, participating in system upgrades and rollouts, and helping implement best practices that support efficient and secure operations.
