Job Summary:
As an extradition agent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with law enforcement agencies and the companies Director of Operations. Your role will involve the important task of transporting offenders from one DOC organization to another. These transportation operations will span across the country and beyond our borders while being apart of a two-person team. Your commitment to following the company's standard operating procedures will ensure smooth and efficient operations while changing the face of the extradition industry forever.
Duties:
- Agent will conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with offenders or law enforcement agencies at all times.
- Agents will follow company SOP’s.
- Agents will transport 1-6 offenders at a time with a minimum of 2 agents.
- Check ins will be conducted hourly at a minimum while transporting inmates.
- Follow various communication procedures and reporting processes.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years or older
- Valid drivers license
- (2) years experience in the military, law enforcement, security, prisoner transport or similiar field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Female agents needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three (3) or more years of experience in military or law enforcement positions.
- Any combat related experience or special operations is highly preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field is recommended.
- Any medical training or certifications preferred.
